3G|Contects, LLC

3G|Contects, LLC (3GC) is a multi-national architecture, engineering, project/construction management, and design-build firm based in Wilmington, North Carolina and established May 1993. 3GC is a world-renowned A/E firm with international quality awards and winners of several design competitions on landmark projects.


SDC and 3GC (The Team) pooled their resources to develop the “Stokley Reserve” project. The combined capabilities of both firms can deliver this entire development from inception to completion including all required land and feasibility studies, land rezoning, architecture/engineering design, construction management, real estate sales and closings, and operations and maintenance after project completion. 


To date, The Team has rezoned the fully owned land, conducted all studies including site surveying, soil/geotechnical investigation, and environmental assessment. A/E design will be submitted for building permits by end of this month (February, 2019) and building permits are expected to be ready for a GC to obtain before end of April 2019.
