Principles and Effects
Eliminate, Raise, Reduce and Create
Providing integrated total solutions services in Real Estate Development, A/E Design, and Construction
We combine large-firm capabilities with a small-firm customer-centric approach. At SCC, you’ll find small-company client care coupled with large-company expertise. We provide you with the speed, agility and close contact you expect from your commercial contractor.
We want your business … today and tomorrow. We build strong relationships based on trust, integrity and consistent performance rather than just bottom-line objectives.
Communication is as important as construction.Because you can’t be on site every day, you need a detail-oriented general contractor who will be. We provide ongoing schedule breakdowns and communicate with you throughout the process, managing logistics from inception to completion.
3G|Contects, LLC (3GC) is a multi-national architecture, engineering, project/construction management, and design-build firm based in Wilmington, North Carolina and established May 1993. 3GC is a world-renowned A/E firm with international quality awards and winners of several design competitions on landmark projects.
SDC and 3GC (The Team) pooled their resources to develop the “Stokley Reserve” project. The combined capabilities of both firms can deliver this entire development from inception to completion including all required land and feasibility studies, land rezoning, architecture/engineering design, construction management, real estate sales and closings, and operations and maintenance after project completion.
To date, The Team has rezoned the fully owned land, conducted all studies including site surveying, soil/geotechnical investigation, and environmental assessment. A/E design will be submitted for building permits by end of this month (February, 2019) and building permits are expected to be ready for a GC to obtain before end of April 2019.
