 Chief Executive Officer 

Jeffrey was born in Wilmington NC, where he completed High School and Attended University of North Carolina at Wilmington ‘s Cameron School of Business for a degree in Business Administration. He has been in the Land Development Business since 1984. Jeffrey is a Native of Wrightsville Beach North Carolina and family has been there since the early 1700’s . They were carpenters and fisherman at Wrightsville Beach. In 1984 at the age of 25 he built the first Harbor Inn Motel-O-Minimum on the Intracoastal waterway at Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina where it still operates. He has built over 1500 lots in the region, Commercial shopping centers, Office Buildings , and Industrial sites.

General Contractor

Steve was born in Cincinnati, Ohio and moved to Raleigh NC, then started his college education in Business Administration. He completed his college education at Appalachian St. Univ. in 1980 . Steve began his career immediately out of College building In Boone, North Carolina where he built custom homes. In Raleigh, NC he built projects like Square D Manufacturing Corporate Headquarters , Carolina Pottery Outlet centers . He then moved to Wilmington NC, where he has built over two million Square feet of Medical, Bank, Office buildings and over 1000 lots in Residential communities.

 Co-owner of Stokley Development and Vice President, has been in the construction and land development industry since 2008.  He Began his career with Stokley Development in single family residential market, delivering projects from raw dirt assemblage and acquisition to builder ready lots.  Also has experience in both commercial development and new construction, as well as commercial renovation and upfits.
